Instruction Manual for the LIDESSENCE Care Set

This guide shows you how to correctly use the products from the LIDESSENCE care set after a procedure in the eye area.

Wash your hands

  • Before each use, wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap.

Cleaning – with LIDESSENCE Sterile Eyelid Wipes

  • Open the packaging and take out an eyelid cleansing cloth
  • Gently clean the eyelids without applying pressure
  • The cloths are single-use products and should only be used once

Cooling – with masks, cooling pads, and sterile compresses

Preparation


  • Remove the mask from the pouch and leave the cooling pad inside its bag
  • Place the bag with the cooling pad in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours


Preparing the mask


  • Remove the frozen cooling pad from the bag and place it inside the mask
  • Take a sterile compress from the packaging
  • Remove the first protective film from the back of the compress
  • Fix the compress to the upper area of the inside of the mask
  • Handle the compress only at the edges if possible to avoid contaminating the sterile surface
  • Remove the second protective film and gently press the compress onto the lower edge


Application


  • Carefully place the mask on the face and fasten it with the strap, avoiding excessive pressure
  • The cooling pad must not come into direct contact with the skin
  • Enjoy the soothing cooling effect for approximately 10–15 minutes
  • After use, remove the compress immediately and place the cooling pad back into the bag and return it to the freezer


Important


  • If the cooling feels too intense or if discomfort such as pressure or pain occurs, remove the mask immediately
